If the dealings between the two companies are in accordance with Islamic guidelines, and they avoid the prohibitions found in multi-level marketing, such as not obligating the participant to pay a fee for joining or to purchase a specific commodity, and he is given a known wage for his marketing and work, then there is no objection to dealing with them and marketing their permissible products.
