How can scientific and religious interpretations of a phenomenon such as lightning be reconciled?

There is no contradiction between scientific truth and religious texts. If a contradiction appears, then either the texts were misinterpreted or were incorrect, or the scientific data is wrong. If both interpretations for the phenomenon of lightning are valid, then there is no impediment for the contact of two charge-bearing clouds to be caused by an angel.
