Is our right to the annual profits distributed in our governmental company considered favoritism and devouring the money of Muslims, and what should we do about it?

If the evaluation officials wrong employees and give them lower ranks than they deserve for the sake of mediation or prestige, this is not permissible and is a form of consuming people's wealth unjustly and a heinous wrongdoing. They must repent and restore rights. As for those who are harmed, they may lodge a grievance and raise a complaint with the responsible authorities. However, if the injustice is not proven, it is not permissible to accuse those in charge of the evaluation or to take company funds merely on the basis of a claim, because "the burden of proof is on the claimant, and the oath is on the one who denies."
