Is sending a sum of money to a girl who was in an illicit relationship with a man—who has repented and abandoned that relationship—for the purpose of helping her due to her father's difficult financial circumstances, considered a secret charity (sadaqah sirr), even if the girl did not ask for the money and did not declare her need?

If there is no fear that giving charity to a girl might lead its giver back to the sin he repented from, then it is a recommended charity. It is preferable to give it to her father, as he is more merciful towards her and more knowledgeable of her needs, while it is obligatory to beware of Satan's plots and traps through which he ensnares humans.
