What are the required controls for the supervisor of Islamic sections in forums, and should he be relieved of supervision if his actions and real behavior contradict what he preaches, even if he is diligent in researching the authenticity of topics?

The important conditions for a forum moderator are that he be trustworthy, vigilant, and attentive to posts, and knowledgeable of the principles of what is permissible (halal) and what is forbidden (haram). It is better to appoint the most suitable person if available. If the moderator falls short in observing what he enjoins, he must strive against himself, following the example of Shu'aib (peace be upon him), and not withdraw from public affairs.
