Is a sister entitled to seek a divorce from her husband who has caused her many problems and whom she has come to detest to the point of crying when he approaches her, knowing that he tries to change but has not fulfilled his previous promises, is ill-tempered, denies his statements, and breaks his promises? And does the hadith, "Any woman who asks her husband for a divorce without cause, the scent of Paradise will be forbidden to her," apply to her?
