The answer

If the bank is an usurious bank, it is not permissible to open an account with it or to cooperate with it except out of necessity or a considerable need, even if the sole purpose is to obtain money. This is because it is considered an affirmation of falsehood and cooperation in sin and aggression. Indeed, the one who consumes usury, its giver, its scribe, and its two witnesses have been cursed.

The gift offered by the bank for opening an account is not free. If the amount is deposited into the account, it must be withdrawn and given as charity to the poor and needy, unless the person receiving the money is poor and in need of it, in which case it is permissible for him to benefit from it.
