How can a wife who only wears the hijab for prayer commit to the legal (Shariah-compliant) hijab?

The hijab is obligatory for a woman in front of non-mahram men, with conditions mentioned by scholars. A girl can be taught and guided to its ruling, and her connection with her Lord can be strengthened by associating with righteous women and listening to beneficial admonitions, so that she may wear the hijab. If the girl does not respond and wear it, it is better for the suitor to leave her and seek someone else from among those who are religious.
