What is the ruling on divorcing one's wife while she is pregnant and having intercourse with her after the divorce without conception or miscarriage occurring?

Three pronouncements of divorce become effective if issued consciously and voluntarily. The wife then becomes unlawful for you until she marries another husband who consummates the marriage with her, based on the Almighty’s saying: ﴿And if he has divorced her [for the third time], then she is not lawful to him afterward until she marries another husband.﴾ Your intercourse with her after the third divorce is unlawful, and you must repent for it. The miscarriage of the pregnancy does not affect the occurrence of the divorce.
