If a person breaks multiple oaths, then according to the majority of scholars, he must offer expiation for each oath he broke, and this is the most probable and cautious view. As for the Hanbalis, he is only required to offer one expiation for all of these oaths, unless he had already offered expiation for some of them. Sincere repentance and avoidance of the causes of temptation are advised.
