When the Imam is adjacent to the Kaaba, how is the first row formed?

If the Imam is adjacent to the Kaaba, then the rows behind him are considered the first row, even if the row is circular and part of it is not in the direction of the Imam, as long as it directly faces the Kaaba and no row separates it from the Imam. The first row is the one immediately behind the Imam.
