What is the status of Sheikh Abu Al-Hasan Al-Maaribi, and what is the ruling on watching and filming lectures via video?

Watching religious lectures, lessons, and beneficial programs through screens and other means is permissible and legitimate. A Muslim should be keen on seeking beneficial knowledge through every possible and legitimate means. Recording and distributing them among people are acts of goodness, means of da'wah (inviting to Islam), spreading knowledge, and cooperating in righteousness and piety.
