Is oral sex and masturbating with a prostitute considered adultery, or less sinful, especially since the person did not have intercourse with her and fears God's punishment?
Touching a non- woman is forbidden and an transgression against the limits set by Allah, as stated in the : "For one of you to be stabbed in the head with an iron needle is better for him than that he should touch a woman whom it is not lawful for him to touch." The actions mentioned are reprehensible and necessitate repentance, but they do not reach the level of zina (fornication/adultery). If you cannot protect yourself from the forbidden in your country of residence, then migrate to another country. You should also fast to curb your desires, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "O young men, whoever among you can afford to marry, let him do so, for it helps him lower his gaze and guard his chastity. And whoever cannot afford it, let him fast, for it will be a shield for him."
