Is the wife entitled to request a separate home from her husband’s family due to the difficulty of maintaining a full hijab during household chores, knowing that the husband cannot provide this currently because he is busy helping his family? And is the wife religiously obligated to fulfill the requests of her husband’s unmarried brothers who live with them?

Among the rights of the the wife over her husband is the provision of an independent and suitable dwelling for her, so that she can live freely and avoid temptation, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Beware of entering upon women." They said: "O Messenger of Allah, what about the hamu (male in-law)?" He said: "The hamu is death."

The wife has the right to request an independent dwelling; rather, it becomes obligatory for her if living with the husband's brothers leads to prohibitions.

If the husband is unable to provide an independent dwelling, it is recommended for the wife to be patient. Measures must be taken to prevent what is forbidden, such as making a part of the house independent with its facilities for the wife.

The wife's service to the husband's relatives is not obligatory, but it is better for her to serve his parents, as it contributes to a good marital relationship.
