Are the Qadiyanis considered to be outside the fold of Islam for their belief in the existence of a prophet after Muhammad, peace be upon him?

The Qadiani movement was founded in 1900 CE in India with the support of British colonialism, aiming to distance Muslims from Jihad. Its founder, Mirza Ghulam Ahmad al-Qadiani (1839 - 1908 CE), claimed prophethood and Mahdi-hood, asserting that his prophethood was superior to that of Muhammad, peace be upon him, and that Gabriel used to descend upon him. Qadianis believe their book is "Al-Kitab Al-Mubin" (The Clear Book), that Qadian is superior to Mecca and Medina, and they have abolished the obligation of Jihad, considering non-Qadianis as disbelievers. Islamic Fiqh councils have issued fatwas declaring this sect to be disbelievers and outside the fold of Islam.
