What is the ruling on non-permanent eyebrow tattooing, which disappears within a year and is intended for beautification for the husband, not for changing creation?

What is considered permissible for tattooing is not merely its impermanence or the absence of bleeding. Therefore, even if a tattoo lasts only for one year and does not involve bleeding, it is still impermissible if it is done by injecting chemical dyes under the skin for eyebrow tattooing. This differs from external dyes applied to the surface of the skin, which are not considered tattoos but rather fall under the ruling of dyeing with henna and similar substances. Sheikh Abdullah ibn Jibreen was asked about the ruling on temporary tattoos that last for six months or a year, and he responded that they are impermissible because they fall under the definition of tattooing, and because the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, cursed the tattooist and the one who gets tattooed.
