Is divorcing one's wife an irrevocable divorce (ba'in) due to her disrespect towards her husband and his family, and her disobedience to him—especially concerning the regulations of the Shar'i hijab—after three months of marriage, considered an injustice to her, even if she is paid all her rights?

Divorce is detested in Islamic law, and one should only resort to it when reconciliation becomes impossible. However, it is permissible when there is a need for it due to the wife's bad character or poor companionship. It becomes recommended if the wife neglects her obligatory duties towards Allah and the husband is unable to compel her.
