If you find discharge after prayer and it is uncertain whether it exited before or after, it is attributed to the nearest time, meaning after the prayer, and your prayer is deemed valid. You are not obligated to inspect and search; it suffices for you to assume the original state and act upon it until certainty to the contrary is established.
