What is the ruling of Sharia on the cashback card issued by Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, knowing that the fatwas of some scholars indicate that the bank still has dealings that are not compliant with Sharia?

It is not permissible to use the cashback card, for the following reasons:

1. Because the bank deals in forbidden transactions, such as organized tawarruq in metals and late payment penalties for installments. 2. The contract includes a penalty for late payment. 3. The bank provides credit to the customer in their card through organized tawarruq in metals, which is forbidden.
