Does a divorce pronounced by a person suffering from obsessive-compulsive disorder, who spoke to himself aloud without full awareness, take effect? And is it considered an oath regarding money and food? And what is the ruling on replacing food taken from the mother's refrigerator?

Divorce conditioned on obsessions does not take effect. Therefore, as long as you have not uttered the divorce (talaq (definition)) consciously, voluntarily, and without being overcome in your mind, your wife is not divorced. You must completely and entirely disregard these obsessions, seek Allah's help, sincerely turn to Him, and supplicate frequently to be rid of them.
