The answer

Anger does not prevent a divorce from occurring as long as the person is aware of what he is saying. Therefore, the two divorces mentioned have taken place. One must be careful not to take the matter of divorce lightly, because the third divorce causes an irrevocable separation (al-baynunah al-kubra). One should also be careful of anger, for it is one of the gates of Satan. The wife must repent for what she did by refusing her husband's departure and shouting at him, as this is a form of insubordination (nushooz). A woman is forbidden from seeking divorce unless there is a legitimate شرعي reason.
