Is it permissible to seek khulʿ due to harm inflicted upon the wife, represented by emotional neglect and physical assault, knowing that the husband does not fall short in providing financial support, but the wife cannot tolerate him and fears that she will not be able to uphold Allah’s limits concerning him?

It is advisable to frequently supplicate to Allah to rectify the situation, while reminding the husband of his good qualities, such as not being negligent in providing for the family, and that hitting is not his habit. The wife can request a divorce (talaq (definition)) or khul' if she is harmed, but she must bear the consequences, especially if she has children and no one to support her. Therefore, it is recommended to be patient and understanding with the husband, remind him of her need for emotional fulfillment and the Prophet's guidance, while avoiding provocative actions and supplicating for him.
