The questioner is advised to supplicate frequently and earnestly to God, and to be reminded that separation may be a blessing, as evidenced by the verse: "But if they separate [by divorce], Allah will enrich each of them from His abundance." (An-Nisa 4:130), and by Al-Qurtubi's commentary on it. The verse: "But perhaps you hate a thing and it is good for you." (Al-Baqarah 2:216) is also mentioned, and intervention by people of goodwill for reconciliation is recommended.
