University tuition fees are not included in the mandatory financial support (nafaqa) from the father before his daughter's marriage, nor from the husband after her marriage, unless either of them pays them voluntarily.

However, if the wife stipulates to her husband that he pay for her study expenses before or during the marriage contract, and the husband accepts this, then he is obligated to fulfill the condition.

One should hasten to marry and not delay it. It is not permissible for a guardian to order his ward to delay marriage under the pretext of completing her studies.
