The question

Did the three mentioned divorces take place: the first with the words "If I doubted you, you are divorced" along with whispering doubts; the second due to the wife's insistence after an attempt to appease her; and the third due to the wife's insistence and threats after confirming her conversation with another person? And is there magic involved in this?

The answer

If the wife does what the divorce was conditioned upon, or if the husband doubts her after conditioning the divorce on doubt, then the divorce occurs. If the husband pronounces explicit divorce for the second and third times, then both divorces have occurred. Consequently, the wife is irrevocably divorced from him (baynunah kubra) and is not permissible for him unless she marries another husband and he consummates the marriage with her, and then he divorces her or dies, and her ' (waiting period) ends. Note that persistence from the wife or fear of committing a forbidden act does not prevent the divorce from taking effect.
