The answer

Marriage is subject to the five legal rulings. A Muslim should strive to acquire the ability to marry, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "O young people, whoever among you can afford to marry, let him do so, for it is more effective in lowering the gaze and guarding one's chastity. And whoever cannot afford to do so, let him fast, for it will be a shield for him." Fasting curbs desire and wards off the evil of semen. It is not permissible to enter into a relationship with a foreign woman with whom you do not have a lawful contract, and you must repent to Allah from this relationship.
