Does the rule "Certainty is not removed by doubt" and the principle of presumption of innocence apply to someone who doubts having uttered a divorce before marriage, knowing that he is still engaged? And is it permissible for him to revert to the Shafi'i school of thought on this matter after his doubt about having sworn allegiance to the Hanafi school of thought?

All that has been mentioned are [mere] whisperings () that do not lead to divorce. There is no need to delve deeply into issues of divorce and to move between different schools of thought (madhahib). Rather, one must turn away from these whisperings entirely and in detail, because indulging them leads to evil and tribulation.
