Is common-law marriage valid if it takes place without a guardian for the woman, with the children as witnesses, and with their delayed signing of the contract, and with the husband's declaration?

Marriage is one of Allah's signs. Allah described it as a solemn covenant. For its validity, the presence of a guardian (wali) and witnesses is required. The aforementioned marriage is invalid due to the absence of a guardian and witnesses; it must be annulled. The child is attributed to his father due to the doubt (shubha (definition)). The contract can be renewed validly with the guardian's permission and the presence of witnesses.
