Is it permissible for a girl, during the engagement period and before consummation, to agree with her fiancé that their relationship be limited to friendship without any sexual practices, out of consideration for the presence of her siblings in the house and the feelings of her family, and does his failure to abide by the agreement affect the validity of the marriage contract, and is she sinful if he agrees and adheres to the agreement?

Once the contract is concluded, the wife becomes permissible to her husband, and he is allowed to enjoy her. However, if the husband has not paid her immediate dowry, she has the right to refuse seclusion with him and enjoyment until he hands over the dowry. Some scholars disapprove of a woman enabling her husband before receiving her immediate dowry.
