If a man divorced his wife with only two divorces, and he wishes to return to her after her ' has expired, there is no harm in that. However, a new contract is necessary, fulfilling all the conditions for its validity. The presence of adult children does not prevent him from marrying her. The woman's adult children are more entitled to give her in marriage according to the Malikis and Hanafis. As for the Hanbalis, the father is prioritized if he exists, then the son. According to the Shafi'is, the son cannot be a guardian for his mother's marriage.
