Is it permissible for a woman to request the dissolution of her marriage contract if the husband wants to build a house with an interest-based loan?

Borrowing with usury to build a home is forbidden (haram (definition)). The wife must advise her husband so that he does not engage in this usurious transaction, which is one of the major sins (al-kaba'ir). If he refrains from usury, then praise be to Allah. But if he insists, she has the right to seek divorce, because it is not befitting for a pious believing woman to live with a man who commits major sins and insists upon them.
