Is it permissible to contract a suriyah (sham) marriage with one of the widows of a deceased brother, in order to marry her off and then divorce her, knowing that the questioner is already married?

The brothers should not pressure the questioner to marry the woman. However, if he is able to marry her to care for her and his brother's children, this is a great deed for which he will be rewarded. A marriage either fulfills its conditions and pillars, in which case it is valid and its effects ensue, or it is only on paper with the intention of waiving some of the wife's rights, in which case this condition is null and void. If the marriage does not fulfill the conditions of validity, it is legally void, whether it is documented on paper or not, and conjugal relations with the woman are not permissible in such a case.
