Is the continuation of the marriage permissible or forbidden, and what should I do to atone for this, after I issued the triple divorce oath to my wife?

The contract must be renewed with the guardian's (wali's) consent and permission for the marriage to be valid. The first marriage is invalid due to the absence of the guardian's condition. However, the child born from it is attributed to the father due to the شبهة (semblance/doubtfulness) of the invalid marriage. Repentance and prompt renewal of the contract are obligatory for it to be valid. As for an oath of divorce in an invalid marriage, it is considered a dissolution of the contract, and the woman cannot return except with a new contract. Therefore, the contract must be renewed due to the combination of invalidity and dissolution factors present in it, along with the guardian's permission and consent, and the fulfillment of all necessary conditions for a valid marriage.
