Is the wife entitled to claim the deferred dowry, the list of contents, and the compensation for pleasure if she requests a divorce due to her inability to continue living with him, knowing that the husband is retired?

If a wife requests a divorce due to an injustice inflicted upon her by her husband, she may refer the matter to the judiciary to divorce her from him if his harm to her is proven. In this case, she is entitled to her Mahr (dowry) and all rights of a divorced woman.
