What is the ruling on demanding the writing of a blank check and a list of movables from the groom upon the marriage contract, and is the bride sinful if that was her father's condition without her consent?

It is not permissible for a Muslim to humiliate himself or harm himself, as the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "It is not befitting for a believer to humiliate himself." They said: "How does he humiliate himself?" He said: "He exposes himself to trials that he cannot bear," and his saying: "There should be no harm nor reciprocating harm."

Signing blank checks may lead to self-harm and injustice, so this pretext must be blocked by recording the value of the established right on the checks.

As for the bride, she bears no sin if her father errs, for Allah Almighty says: "And no soul earns but what is against it, and no bearer of burdens will bear the burden of another," and the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Indeed, no offender offends except against himself, and no father offends against his child, nor does a child offend against his father."
