What is the view of Ibn Taymiyyah and Ibn 'Uthaymeen on someone who said to his wife: "Divorce from you is binding upon me, O so-and-so"?

This utterance is considered an explicit divorce according to most scholars, so a divorce occurs with it without the need for intention. The Hanbalis have two narrations concerning it: one states that only a single divorce occurs, and the other states that a triple divorce occurs. Ibn Taymiyyah's madhhab (definition) is that no more than one divorce occurs, and this is what Sheikh Al-Uthaymeen preferred. He believes that a triple divorce never occurs unless it is interspersed with a return (revocation) or a new marriage contract.
