Does a husband's saying to his wife, "Go to your mother," constitute a divorce?

The husband's statement "Go join your family" is a kinayah (allusive divorce) that can signify divorce or something else, and it is considered one of the subtle kinayat. Divorce does not occur through kinayah unless the husband intended divorce by it. If he did not intend divorce, then nothing takes place. If divorce does occur and it does not complete the three (talaqs), the husband has the right to take her back before the iddah (definition) (waiting period) expires. Both spouses should treat each other with kindness and fulfill their rights.
