The answer

A Dayyuth is he who condones wickedness among his kin or lacks protective jealousy over his female Mahrams when they mix with non- men. Allah has forbidden Paradise for him, as stated in the : "Three are forbidden Paradise by Allah: the habitual drunkard, the one who disobeys his parents, and the Dayyuth who condones wickedness among his kin." One who permits his wife or sister to go to the market for essential needs with legitimate Islamic controls is not considered a Dayyuth. However, one who allows her to meet with non-Mahrams or commit sins, while being aware of it, is considered a Dayyuth.
