Is a person considered a Dayyuth (a man who tolerates immorality in his female relatives) and forbidden from Paradise if he dies without advising his female Mahrams (unmarriageable kin) who commit mistakes such as: not covering their feet in front of non-Mahrams, not observing Hijab in front of young males, riding public transportation alone with a foreign driver, wearing clothes that describe parts of the body, using deodorants with a light scent, joking with non-Mahrams, not observing full Hijab in front of non-Muslim women, shaking hands with foreign men, or being lenient with Hijab on the pretext of old age—knowing that he has many female Mahrams in different countries but can communicate with them? And what does it mean for a person to have "a branch of Dayyatha (cuckoldry)"? And is a person considered a Dayyuth if he dies before receiving an answer to his Fatwa (religious ruling request)?

Enjoining what is right and forbidding what is wrong is an obligation according to one's ability, and not every shortcoming in it makes its doer a dayouth. A dayouth is one who condones indecency from his family. The ruling regarding covering the feet and loosening the hijab (definition) for elderly women has been previously explained. The seclusion of a woman from non-pubescent males depends on his lust, and the more sound opinion among the Shafi'is is to consider him like a pubescent man. A woman riding alone in a car with a driver is permissible if the car is open, the road is populated, and there is no fear of fitna. The conditions for a woman's shar'i hijab, the awrah of a Muslim woman in front of non-Muslim women, shaking hands with a non-mahram (definition), speaking with non-mahrams, and using unscented deodorant are all matters that have been previously answered. Whoever dies before knowing the shar'i ruling on a matter bears no sin, provided he was not negligent in seeking knowledge.
