The answer

It is permissible for the husband to be patient with his wife and waive his legitimate rights. It is not permissible for the wife to refuse her husband's call to bed without a legitimate excuse; otherwise, she will be cursed by the angels until morning. The wife must obey her husband in what is right and proper, especially in matters of marriage, otherwise, she is considered disobedient (nashiz). A lack of love does not necessitate the termination of marital life or the forfeiture of the husband's legitimate rights. Patience and wisdom are essential in marital problems, as Satan seeks to separate spouses. It is forbidden for a woman to seek divorce without a legitimate reason.
