Is it permissible for a husband to divorce his wife who requests divorce after six months of marriage due to her lack of happiness, and given her obstinacy in matters of Islamic law such as the complete legal hijab and her work in a mixed-gender environment?

The basic ruling on divorce is that it is disliked due to its consequences of severing marital ties and fragmenting the family. However, it may be necessary and in accordance with wisdom and the nature of creation in certain cases. Therefore, it is advisable to involve wise people to persuade the wife to change her behavior. If she responds, then praise be to Allah. If she does not accept, then divorce in this case is better for both parties, and it may be obligatory or recommended, especially if the wife insists on committing a forbidden act.
