Is it permissible for a young man specializing in administrative judiciary – often inspired by French law – to assume the administrative judiciary position, seeking reform and the restoration of rights, with the possibility of consulting scholars (mashayikh) when difficulties arise, or does his lack of knowledge of the Qur'an, Sunnah, and jurisprudential rulings prevent that?

It is permissible to work in the judiciary if the judge knows the rulings of Sharia (definition) related to his field of work, or if he asks scholars about what he does not know, and confines his work to cases in which the ruling does not contradict Sharia. For if he knows the truth and judges by it, he will enter Paradise; otherwise, he will enter the Fire, as narrated by Abu Dawud and others.
