Is it permissible to use non-genuine (cracked) Windows, design, and Office software as a means of earning income through online work?

Intellectual property rights, such as trademarks, copyrights, and inventions, are Islamically protected and owned by their proprietors. It is impermissible to infringe upon them by acquiring unauthorized copies of software without the owner's permission. Legitimate means of earning a livelihood are many, and a Muslim should fear Allah and be gracious in seeking sustenance. One should not seek provision through disobeying Allah, for what is with Allah can only be attained through obedience to Him.
