The answer

It is not the husband's right to compel his wife to combine her money with his or to lend to someone she does not wish to lend to, for the wife has her independent financial autonomy. Whatever the husband takes from her money without her cheerful consent, he is obligated to return it, and what is taken out of shyness is like what is usurped in terms of prohibition. It is permissible for the spouses to mix their money with their mutual consent. As for a debt owed in a specific currency, if they agree to repay it in another currency, there is no harm, and its value is considered on the day of repayment.
