Is using a cracked version of Photoshop, which has been activated for free without a subscription, forbidden (haram), whether for commercial work or for recreation and publishing unsold designs?

It is not permissible to use a non-original version of software for the purpose of earning, due to the violation of the rights of its owners, and copyright and invention rights are legally protected. As for using copied programs for personal benefit without earning, some scholars have permitted it on condition of need and the unavailability of the original version or the inability to purchase it. However, the fatwa (definition) is to absolutely prohibit copying protected programs, because it is considered an infringement on the rights of their owners.
