What are the conditions, pillars, and obligations of a "misyar" marriage for a Muslim student in Ukraine, taking into account the freedom of a girl after the age of 18, and does it require the presence of an authorized marriage official (ma'dhoun), witnesses, and documentation in courts?

The marriage is valid if its Sharia (definition) conditions and pillars are met, which are: the presence of the wife's guardian (wali) or his agent, the witnessing of two just persons, the designation and consent of both spouses, and their being free from impediments to marriage. The lack of documentation in court or the absence of an officiant (ma'dhun) does not affect its validity, but documentation is preferred to protect rights. The woman's guardian is an absolute condition for marriage, and the marriage of a disbelieving woman is not valid without her guardian's permission. As for a Muslim woman whose father is a disbeliever, the Muslim ruler (sultan) takes charge of her affairs.
