The answer

Inheritance is what a person leaves behind for their heirs in terms of wealth and rights. The inheritance system in Islam is distinguished from others, as Allah the Almighty took charge of dividing the estate in Quranic verses that will be recited until the Day of Judgment, and did not leave the matter to the owner of the wealth. He gave man the freedom to dispose of one-third of his wealth after his death, placing it wherever he wishes, while the remaining two-thirds are a legitimate right for the closest relatives and clients, thereby protecting the vulnerable. Islam made the details of inheritance according to need; thus, the male's share is like that of two females because the man is burdened with responsibilities and expenses. Islam also stipulated conditions and impediments for inheritance; if the conditions are met and the impediments are absent, inheritance occurs.
