What is the husband's punishment from Allah after he shirked his responsibilities, was stingy, and disclosed marital secrets to his family, then claimed to have left his job before marrying another woman in the marital home with the wife's belongings? Also, is the alimony awarded to the woman during the period of disputes permissible (halal) or forbidden (haram)?

Disputed matters between spouses should be referred to the شرعي (Sharia (definition)) court. From a general شرعي (Sharia) ruling perspective, if the husband uses his wife's furniture without her consent, he is an oppressor. If the husband does not spend on his wife for a period, and she is not disobedient (nashiz), then she has the right to demand that maintenance, as it is a debt upon him that does not lapse.
