What should a wife do if her husband lies a lot, doesn't talk to her, and doesn't approach her in bed?

Lying is reprehensible and forbidden, except in cases where the Sharia (definition) has granted dispensation, which are three: reconciling people, lying in war, and a man lying to his wife and a woman lying to her husband. The intent behind a spouse lying is to show affection and make non-binding promises, not to deceive regarding rights. If the husband's lie falls within what is permissible, there is no sin. If it is otherwise, the wife should advise him and explain the seriousness of lying, gently counseling him against not engaging in conversation with her, while upholding his rights and being a good wife to him. Harmony between spouses requires patience, overlooking faults, and focusing on the good aspects.
