The answer

Laylat al-Qadr (the Night of Decree) mentioned in Surat al-Qadr, is attained by everyone who observes or its last ten days. It is a night of great virtue and honor, during which the livelihoods and lifespans of people are decreed. Allah described it as blessed, and the Qur’an was revealed in it. It is better than a thousand months, and in it the angels and the Spirit descend by their Lord’s permission. It is peace until the emergence of dawn.
